Meet Kamille

It is always an exciting time when a person decides to embark on a new journey to buy a home. My name is Kamille Richards and I have been a resident of Orlando since 2006. While living here, I’ve recognized the unique characteristics and benefits of living in Central FL. Being the founder of The Edina B Williams Foundation for Education has helped to shape my central focus; I am here to serve others in a multitude of ways. Whether it is through our charitable work, or assisting clients to make a sound decision with their new home, my goal is to make my life a benefit to others. While working with the TOP Self-Directed IRA firm in Central Florida, the knowledge and information that I gained through years is what I share to help my clients make the best decisions for now and for their retirement. I provide my clients with information as to how to use alternate funds to purchase an investment home.

Since completing my degree in Business Information Systems at Seminole State College, I gained exceptional understanding of the market.  I am customer service oriented real-estate agent who is an advocate for buyers and sellers in Orlando.  Whether buying or selling, I will work hard to lower my client’s stress level and make their experience as pleasurable as possible.
